Terms & conditions

• Bookings:
  To secure a booking, you are advised to visit SNOWSPORTS ACADEMY office at Skalka / Krahule ski resort OR call us on 0948 040 500 /Skalka bookings/ resp. 0948 500 979 /Krahule bookings/ OR you can make a reservation online (see below).
   

• Online bookings:
  You can proceed to online booking at www.snowsports.sk. Please note that  online bookings are treated as a reservation enquiry. Only with a confirmation (received within 24 hours) from SNOWSPORTS ACADEMY will this enquiry become your valid booking. In the case you have not received such confirmation, please contact SNOWSPORTS ACADEMY by phone.
   
• Payment:
  Payment is realized in cash in the offices of SNOWSPORTS ACADEMY at Skalka / Krahule ski resorts. We apologize not to accept any payments by card.   
   
• Cancellations:
  Client has the right to cancel a lesson upon request delivered to SNOWPORTS ACADEMY. Reservations cancelled with a minimum of 2 hours notice by phone, will incur NO cancellation charge. SNOWPORTS ACADEMY may apply a cancellation charge up to 50 % of the lesson price on the cancellations with less than 2 hours notice.  
   
• Weather:
  SNOWSPORTS ACADEMY reserve the right to cancel the lesson in case that weather or weather conditions do not allow proper instructions. In such case client will be refunded in full.
   
• Client’s responsibility:
  No refund will be given in the case of the late arrival (no show up). Instructor will wait at the meeting point for a maximum time of 30 minutes after agreed meeting time. After this time the lesson is cancelled with no refund given.
   

• Lift pass:
  Lift pass is not included in the lesson price. Each client is responsible for buying a lift pass in the case s/he needs one during the lesson.
   

• Equipment: 
  Equipment is the client’s responsibility and is not included in the lesson price. 
  
• Helmet:
  SNOWSPORTS ACADEMY strongly recommends wearing helmets due to safety reasons to all its clients, especially kids. We are trying to educate parents to get helmet to their children for each lesson they take.
   
• Insurance:
  Insurance is the client’s responsibility. SNOWSPORTS ACADEMY recommends that each client as well as each visitor of the ski resort purchases insurance that covers his/her activities at the resort.   
   
• Accidents:
  SNOWSPORTS ACADEMY declines all liability in the case of accidents or their consequences occuring during instruction.
